Toum.com is a international debt reporting website, we are not a credit rating bureau, we provide global information to enable people to make their own decisions.

Whilst other debt reporting websites provide global access to local information, Toum aims to provide global access to global information.  We are an international debt reporting website.

In today’s world, people move from one country to another with great ease, unfortunately this also includes bad debtors, Toum.com aims to help keep a track on bad debtors.
