At www.toum.com we try to be fair to the creditor and the debtor, in the event of the debtor disagreeing with the listing published by the Creditor, we have included a section on each listing for the debtor to leave a reply.

To leave a reply

1. You must be registered on the site

2. Search for the Debtor listing where you wish to Leave a Reply, there is a fee of €4 for members and €5 for non members

3. When you find the Debtor listing, simply type in your reply

In the event of illegal or abusive language being used in the “leave a reply” box, the offending text will be removed. Leave a reply does not permit alteration of the original listing. removal or changes in the original listing can only be completed by the person who listed the original debtor.
